He is a certified Six Sigma Black belt, COPC HPMT & seasoned leader with more than 18 years of industry experience in quality assurance, customer experience, digital transformation, customer life cycle journey mapping, FMEA practices, risk & fraud prevention in large-scale transformation and outsourcing organizations, and supporting Fortune 500 clients around the globe.
An astute, results-oriented leader who manages diverse and progressive roles, Binu is proficient in managing and motivating multi-geo teams for running quality operations. He also has extensive experience with developing procedures and policies for organizational excellence.
Binu joined Everise in 2019 and has been actively engaged with our clients and cross-functional leaders. He also successfully demonstrated measurable results in creating customer loyalty, driving efficiencies, driving the culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and finding solutions. He believes in nurturing the next generation of management leaders to ensure long-term viability and sustainability.
In his free time, he loves reading books and connecting with folks across different geos on social media platforms. He also manages several groups and pages on Facebook to help connect with diverse societies.
